cheap/easy backup software?

I am looking for a cheap and easy to use backup software that can backup my photos periodically. Specifically looking for something that can keep track and only backup the new or changed files. Any recommendations? I'm using Vista if that makes a difference. I usually just back up manually to my external disk when I remember (so like every 2 months) but of course that is error prone. Would like something more automated.

I use SyncToy (from MS and its free) for the s/w but most importantly I have eSATA ports & docks on all my boxes. And several bare SATA HDD.

If you are not familiar with eSATA ports or not comfortable installing them on your computer then just stick with a retail USB enclosure and use SyncToy.

If you are comfortable tinkering around then just add an eSATA port (if you dont already have one) and get enclosures or docks and you are good to go.......for as long as PC use SATA ports. Even if the world moves to SSD drives they use SATA interface so you are still good.

I use the free edition of Titan Backup at home.

However, they seem to have recently changed to a new company (GFI). Here is the new free version link: http://www.gfi.com/backup-hm/ but I can't speak to that version as I use the older Titan 1.5 version.

I use Sync Back for my desktop at work. Also freeware here: http://www.2brightsparks.com/freeware/

Both of these work fine for scheduled incremental backups that I run nightly.
