I thought it might, but Orioles in Peterson don't have orange and black heads.

Almost looks like a member of the Robin family. I like this picture though. The background is nice and not too blured out. Great shot.

I think Tupe is right, you can see a black patch on it's throat just like in Tupe's pic.

I'm fairly certain tupe is correct ... looks like an immature Baltimore Oriole. I saw a similar one earlier this evening.
