Just got it today from an older NatGeo photog. He had no idea what it was, nor had he used it much. Anyone have an idea as to which head/model it is?

Hah, nobody has a clue? From a historical standpoint, it's at least older than 1990 (West Germany), but I feel this thing was made in the 60's, or at least early 70's.
