My first moon shot ever! Adjusted brightness/contrast in photoshop, and cropped.
Any suggestions would be great. I know it can be better. Somehow.

A tip for you, give it a try setting your camera to B&W to avoid the color halos and noise. Let me know. Also if you go ISO 100 with a tripod, that would also help with noise. Regards.

Thank you!
Also I think if I get a better tripod that will help too.

Ok, here is another attempt at photoshop.
I raised the contrast, lowered the brightness, applied a sharpening filter, and cropped.

Good job for first shot. I'm sure the more experienced shooters can give you pointers. I remember shooting the moon with an advanced p&s many years ago. Never quite got it perfect but practice can make perfect.
