Who is going to Petit Le Mans?

Just purchased my ticked and am heading down to the race later this month. I'm wondering how many other members are going and if there are already plans to meet up?

I'd love to pick up some tricks on where and how to achieve some excellent shots as I've never been to Road Atlanta. I plan on Rolling in Thursday night and sleeping at the track. Not sure on where to find a spot to set up base, any help would be appreciated.

There are plenty of camping areas. You may consider the area near the esses. The bathrooms are in that area. It is the "family camping" area I think.

Not sure if I am going to make it. It will depend on work.

It would be nice but I'm committed to the SCCA Runoffs at Road America. Petit will be a hell of a weekend, have fun!!

I'm going. It'll be my first time up at Road Atlanta. I've been wanting to see that track for a looooong time.

I'm also trying to find ifo about the BMW corral, and if they camp out there.

Looks like it's going to be a mud pit. Bring lots of shoes and clothes you can throw away. I've heard that once the clay gets on your shoes/clothes its almost impossible to get out. Atlanta has had quite a bit of rain and it looks like it is shaping up to be a wet week and a wet race day.
