Decided to give RAW another go now I have upgraded to CS2. Very happy with the results, this shot was initially pretty blown out on the face and would have been almost unusable as a jpeg.
iso 200, 1/200, f2.8, 50mm lens, 20D.

Is there a "Raw for dummies" book or tutorial anywhere you could recomend? I shot raw and really was overwhelmed with all the adjustments so I stopped. I looked through a few book @ the store but I felt like I needed a larger brain to understand it all. =)

Thanks for the positive comments. I'm no expert but I found Deke McClelland's PS CS one-on-one easy enough to follow for the basic getting to grips with RAW. Another advantage I have noticed in CS2 is that the RAW converter has an Auto function which gives a decent starting point in most cases.
