'31 Plymouth PA 194

Paul's '31 Plymouth PA has a 194cid motor with about 43bhp. The previous owner had it for 26 years & Paul has had it for 18. He rebuilt it all himself off & on over that period. Total build time was about 5 years, & finished it 3 years ago.
