I was wondering what software you guys recommend? i am currently giving coppermine a whirl. Any input is appreciated

I'm a fan of gallery. gallery.sourceforge.net. They're working on gallery 2.0 which is infinitely better than Gallery 1.x

SimpleViewer http://www.airtightinteractive.com/simpleviewer/ is you don't want to get your hands dirty with PHP and the like (or only have webspace not server space from your ISP)

Highly recommended from here as well.

A new version is on the way, hopefully it will be released soon. No pressure Pekka ;)

Exibit Engine does look really cool. I may look into it. I won't port my old gallery stuff (4,000 images) but anything new I take will be in EE. I'll evaluate it sometime soon.

Do a search for JAlbum. It's great.
