That's a 24-105. Search for one of those on google and look at the identifying features. Focus scale indicator is on the bottom here, and on the 24-70 it's on top of the window.

The 24-105 has a zoom mark at 70, as well as 105, which is just obscured by the curvature of the lens here.

The lens hood is nowhere near massive enough to be the 24-70 f/2.8 either...

It is indeed the EF 24-105 mm f/4L IS USM. I just compared it with mine. They are identical.

So if I turn my 24-105 on its side and photograph it from an angle that doesn't show the 105mm marking, that turns it into a 24-70 IS?

Ahh, the power of photography! It even alters the focal length of lenses. Remember - You don't need Photoshop if you can do it in-camera!! :lol:

Reminds me of the time when I placed a 17-85 on a table in front of a 5D (EF-S lenses cannot be mounted on FF) and took a photo of it from the front.
