You gave it some motion with the creative blurring but you left the wheels looking stationary! Maybe a little bit of radial blur might help?

thanks fore your opinions, i have made a new picture with more radial blur but i also like that you are able to see the wheels and that is also why i dident blur the wheels more at first

I like the shot, but without anyone in the drivers seat it looks too photoshopped. If you could retake it and then blur the driver, it would help IMHO.
