If you are going to go black or white for the bg I'd go with black because it recedes. The white pops and distracts from the photos, I think. I'd prolly have to see it, though.

And maybe a little closer together, possibly even overlapping a tad. Not sure. Nice sequence though. I like it a lot and imagine she will, too. :)
