Does anyone like the Tilt Shift on this shot...I tried it, kind of like it...it really draws you in...I had my 70-200 right by my side too....

I like it. I agree with Fred, can we see a B&W or color?

I like it. I suppose you shot it with a TS-lens, and its not done in PP ?
(not that it matters how it was done. IMO only the result matters)

Which TS lens was this shot with? My guess is the 90mm?

I'm kinda torn... On one hand I do like it and it's a great shot of the father and bride. On the other hand... I find the blur really distracting b/c it's not a bokeh kind of blur, it feels more like a smudge/blur effect in PS. My 2 cents.
In the end, if your clients like it, then that's all that really matters! :)

That's what I was asking. I personally am not that keen on it, but I would like to know what the clients think.

it looks more like a candid shot and it shouldnt be...I'd rather not blur it and have the look of the audience clearly admiring the bride....it gives a better story that way and it's kind of hard too look at too being the foreground blurry badly...it would be nice to look at others as well and say...look at that girl she so jelous... :D

Thanks everyone....I have many shots of the bride coming down the aisle...just wanted to try the TS-24.....The other shots are just as good, if not better....just another idea for the Bride.

How do you know? Don't forget that we are looking at this shot as photographers. It may well be that the client will not like the fact that a lot of the guests are blurred - it's a possibility. I would very much like to hear from the OP when the clients have seen it.

I will post the clients opinion on this ONE!!! I have both renditions..so if she does not like the blurred look, I wll give here the focused version....do we as photographers have been trained to say "HER" as in the Bride, and not HIM as in the groom...oh yah, the groom does not matter when it comes to wedding photos!
