Canon service question..

I keep having problems with getting super soft images. I think anyways. I am wondering what is costs or a general idea for cost of getting my d30 serviced?

Also is there anyway to check to see if there is something wrong with my autofocus or if its just the lenses being soft?

I was shooting with a D30 and Canon 75-300 f4-5.6 .

Autofocus was set to AI servo, and switched from either [ 0 ] [0 0 0]

redheat the lense dosent have the reputation of being very sharp one.
You probably need to apply a little usm in some photoeditor like PS to get better results.

Regarding service charge, I think it is best to call canon centre around you & confirm with them.
