Based on my experience of exactly one wedding, I'd like to add a wide angle lens to my collection, and the 70-200 wouldn't be useful all that often. Most day shots were with my 28-75 and flash, most reception shots were with 50mm F1.4 @ 1.4 and no flash, a few with the macro lens of the cake, and a few formals with the 70-200.
Edit - I could alternately have used the 28-75 and flash at the reception, but I didn't want to stand out or bother everyone with flashes all the time. Other useful equipment is a water bottle, snacks, and comfortable shoes.

If I had to do a wedding on a single lens, it would be the 28-135 IS lens.
After that, I need a wide lens to get large group shots, to about 20mm. Also, at the reception, I like to hang back a little farther so as not to be too pushy, so I will shoot with anything up to about 200mm.

I would like to do that too, however some times it's not an option with small dark rooms. I was on F1.4 at ISO 1600 and I still have photos that came out blurry, either due to camera shake or subject movement in areas where light was too low. I hope I get to shoot a larger venue some time soon.

Check out the TOP 10 Recommondations on this site. It's great. I purchased IS lens based on what I read there. It's great! I like my Sigma 70-200 too.
