How to.....

have a black and white photo but i want to keep the eyes in colour. I have seen someone on here do it but im just not sure how to do this...

Here ya go, hope it is what you want.

In Photoshop...

Use layers. The base photograph is your color photo. The next layer is your converted B&W photo. Add a layer mask and fill it with white. This still hides the backgroud layer with the B&W layer. Now, whatever you paint in the layer mask with black (like the eyes), will revel the underlying layer. This will revela the blue eyes in the underlying layer.
