Out at the bike races yesterday and nothing like a good feed of poutine after racing.

Fries and gravy it is not. While these ingredients are primary you must have fresh cheese curds to really make it properly. You really must come to Quebec to get the best poutine.

I did some research online, that looks delicious. I am only but 4 hours from Montreal, and have never been!

Shame on you. Come on up. Here and Quebec city are probably two of the most European like cities you'll find in North America. I haven't regretted my move here 5 years ago at all.

Yum Yum looks delicious. trouble is I felt my HEART sieze up just looking at it. Oh what the heck, serve me up a bowl my blood is moving to fast and needs to be slowed down. :rolleyes: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Oh man now I'm hungry. :lol: Poutine is the greatest artery clogging invention known to modern man and yes Quebec is the home of the best poutine I've ever eaten. They even have poutine at fast food joints like McDonalds and Harveys here in N.Falls.
