Hello,
I have a Windows slideshow (wmv) on my website and would like to replace that with something more popular/common. Flash?
I will give the following details and any suggestions would be appreciated as not solved yet.
1) I just want a simple running slideshow that will run from one picture to the next. I prefer viewers be able to also manually click to the NEXT or PREVIOUS picture. Otherwise, a simple interactive slideshow with NEXT/PREVIOUS options would be just fine.
2) I used my host site web builder program and can only insert html code within a given webpage, No Java! I can upload unlimited pictures or link to files within my site as I did with my wmv. slideshow.
3) I want this slideshow to be embedded within my webpage. I do not want it to link to another site or a different page. It needs to appear within my sites webpage.
4) I can manually create one page with picture and link it to another page with a different picture. This is not smooth however and readjusts the webpage each time.
5) LASTLY, is a slideshow even prefered or necessary? Is simply having various pictures on a page good enough for a photography website? Whereas viewers just continue to scroll downward in order to view all pictures.
THANKS!
