Free software to automatically overlay iso,aperture,focal length and shutter speed?

I'd like a quick and free way to overlay those to pictures that I post here.

Right now my process is:
DPP
Elements to add black frame and signature manually.. I wish elements had actions!

And I don't post any of the exif but my .jpg have exif data. It would be nice to have those info on the .jpg as a text overlay.

Haven't done it myself but I think irfanview will do it.

Irfanview has the ability to create overlay in batches, it's in the advanced options of the batch mode.

Oh if you don't have Photoshop then I'm not sure.
