There are a ton of problems with this HDR merge, but feel free to point out the ones you see anyway. I mainly just wanted to share this with you, but really enjoy the crits in this area so I'm posting it here.

While the clouds are interesting, the top right portion of the clouds are overexposed.

The rest of the shot has nothing of interest. So you have a background with no middle or foreground.

at first, very quick, glance... i saw a giant tsunami about to crush mcdonalds

Yeah. I haven't merged an HDR in a while. I need to really take more time with that.

My take on the photo was clouds overtaking the city, or something(almost like a Tsunami, yeah). Although the city isn't too interesting, it completes it for me. Another angle or something may have suited it better though, you guys think?

I think its a generally cool picture, it looks like large waves and in reality even if you just cropped out the street level that's interesting in and of itself, classic american main street.
