What kind of photoshop work would improve this picture? It was my first night attempt and I didn't have my tripod.

I can't see much wrong with it... I like it!
I would maybe look at perspective correction to square up the converging verticals.

Way tooo blue, Seems to be out of focus or some camera shake due to slow shutter speed and the buildings aren't vertical, theres a program to fix the vertical part, just went brain dead, theres a name for this error. I'm sure someone else will chime in.

If you have PS, you can use the Perspective tool under Edit > Transform to pull the opper edges outward and straighten the buildings up.
I am planning on going down this weekend and trying to get some good shots like this. Where did you shoot it from?

I agree with everything said before.
It also looks a bit noisy. What ISO did you use?
Overall it's a nice shot , I like it.

Vette, I shot it from a parking deck off of 2nd street (2 blocks down from the stadium). If you park in the gravel lot across the street, you can take the stairs to the top because there is a $2 parking fee to drive up there. I would like to see what results you get, I'm still new. Thanks for the response.

I think that indigo sky with the sun set in the office glass is great. I wanted to see more of the bottom, but I understand why you didnt shoot it. Try that with a 4-point star filter ...
