I love doing elaborate sets for my holiday mini sessions- Easter is easy- just do a variation on a garden. Now Christmas is tricky- I could do a variation on a snow scene but that would get old quick!
-My first year I did the traditional tree in front of the fireplace with toys and wrapped gifts.
-The next year I did a white backdrop with a child size gingerbread house and a tree covered in candy.

-Last year I did a snow scene with a stone wall and pine trees.

The trouble with elaborate backdrops is you have to keep it up every year- I think if I get a few, say 5-7, I could start to rotate them. So, I am looking for fresh ideas! Let me know what you do and please send a link or a pictures to go by ans I hope you can use some of my ideas.
