I'm waiting to get a new laptop until they come with Windows 7 already installed but I don't know if CS3 will work with W7? I also have LR 2.4 which I'm pretty sure will work.

I tried to be a good boy and search the forum first, but the search window isn't working for for me tonight:(

Windows 7 is very friendly to programs that run on Vista and XP. You should have no problem, and most likely your programs will start up and run faster and be more stable.

That is my experience with Windows 7 final edition.

Should be backwards compatible all the way to Photoshop 7 (someone here said they were running it), especially if run in XP mode. LR2.4 was reported to work just fine with it without needing XP mode.

I've been running CS3 and LR 2.4 on Win 7 64bit RC for a couple months now on my newish notebook. Really no issues to speak of.

I bought an upgrade to CS4 a few weeks ago, but havent installed it yet, trying to wait until I get my actual Win 7 retail media, so I can start fresh.
