number 3 is awesome, how many shots did you put in that HDR and at what stops were they?

Very nice! I can't help but feel like they are leaning to the right. But, I'm thinking most of it was due to the lens.
What lens was did you use?

Great shots -- yeah, if there were taken as the EXIF says on the 14th, no lights. They're only up on the 11th.

Yes I took them last night. hoping that they will keep the lights on for a whole week. I love your shots and I envy them..
I am in the military and this is one of my must to do shot.. I went to brooklyn promenade that day but weather was just straight nasty.. I was disappointed. and then i saw your post, thats why i stayed there till 9 last night. I was depressed when they didnt turn the lights on at all.
Hope to catch it again next year. If there is still one.

I love the colours, but feel each would benefit from levelling the horizon?

They are great.
But only the first one has a crooked horizon. The other two seems fine - isn't it just the lens distortion that fools our eyes?

The leaning of buildings is a common problem and quite easily rectified in Photoshop.
Use Control J to make a new layer. Edit - Transform - Perspective, then with the left mouse button held, pull out the top until the building is square. Then crop to size.
I would have had a go on yours but you don't have image editing on.
