Well, obviously selecting the leaf properly is important. After that I played with Gimp (http://www.gimp.org)'s "Colorize" option. I don't know if and where there is such a thing in Photosop though. In Gimp it is under Layers-->Colors menu. I colorised the leaf with one tone, the rest of the image with another and than played with Saturation until it looked good to my eyes. :)

I would've have thought there would be in photoshop, if you have it take a look. I use PSCS2 myself.

I think it should be somewhere in Photoshop, but I don't have it, so I can't check. Appologies.
Anyway, you can try Gimp yourself. It is a free software and it works on many platforms. It's a good tool too. :)
