Which crop? (Urban B/W)

Hello!
I have a picture and I don't no which crop I should use.
#1 is original, the next are some crop variants.
Which do like at most? Or do you have some other ideas? It should be a poster in 30x30/30x40cm (11"x11")

I think I like crop 1 best. But I think the differences are pretty subtle and subjective. Depends on what you want to say. #2 draws my eyes to the texture of the wall more, which is not necessarily good or bad. #1 feels "higher"

The more square version with the ledge above in the frame works the best. Having that horizontal element at the top helps frame the scene. In the other one, the subject is too close to the top of the frame, making the scene feel cramped.

just to throw it out there, but what if you cropped out the bottom portion of #1 up to the curb? i like the story of the pic but would like to see #1 have more contrast like i see in #4 (not sure if there is any difference, or if it just how i feel about the pic)

I like this cropping idea. I think I like #1 because you can see where the stairs lead.
