You had a mix of light that did not make your job easy. I think the direct sunlight was too harsh when it was hitting your subject. The result is featureless shadows and some hot spots (#1 and #4). In other shots (2 and 5) you had her in the shade, but the background was sunlit. This knocked off the white balance on her face, making it too blue. It also led to an unattractive background. This is minimized in the sepia-toned one and #7, which are more pleasing images.

In #1, her arm appears to have the focus. Make sure the eyes gets it. Chuck #6. In #8, her face and teeth are too pink, but her hair is blue. I'm not sure how you would correct the white balance on one without messing up the other.

I'm not a fan of tilted shots. However, it sort of works in #1, except that the background is too distinctly off kilter.

#2-#5 have a bit of white vignetting done to them which in a way i think blown out the background a bit something i have been experimenting seeing if i like the outcome or not, #8 and 2 i played around with split toning reason why the tones are off i unno it those i kinda like those tones.
thank you tho for your perspective and C&C joedlhjust wanted to explain a bit of the things u did point out.
conditions were semi rough i did want to use off camera lighting and tried to but time and windy conditions at times didnt allow it sometimes. if i had more time to setup yes i wouldve liked to.

The subject is nice, although pretty centered and oddly framed throughout the series.
Examples cutting at waste/feet.
