Anyone use the Blazzeo Wireless Flash Trigger with their 430EX/580EX Speedlites? Does it offer all the features of the Canon ST-E2 transmitter, or is it a really basic model? Most importantly, does it allow the flash to operate in ETTL mode?

No Ettl, its a cheap radio trigger. Its manual only.
