fishe eye effect in cs2

hey anyone know how to create the fisheye effect in ps cs2? Looking for a plugin or tutorial. I tried the filter> distort >spherize method, but not too impressed. Any ideas?

i dont think its really posible as there is no image to strech on the sides so it will most the time looked sphereised
