Does anyone know how to display photos in Outlook. I've done this before but I cant remember how I did it. I'm talking about when composing an email displaying photos in the body of the email, not links. When the recipient opens the mail, they appear right there in the body along with the text, right where you put them.
Thanks

Good question - I thought I knew the answer to this one but not sure I actually can recall. Is it Tools>Options>Mail Format? not sure -
I did a quick google search found thishttp://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA102365941033.aspx but not what you asked.

Simply open a new message, click in the body area of the email window, then click on the insert tab, then select Picture.

A window comes up for picture source, browse for the picture location, then you can adjust your layout parameters as well. click OK when done, & the picture will be in the body of the email.

at least that's how it works for me...
