Holy white balance, Batman! Did you take one with the parking lights on?

Tried to correct it. Let me know if it's any better. :-)

your exposure is better but your white balance is way off...Unless infiniti decided to offer orange as a color for the G37. lol.

Improved over the others. Hard to balance a photo in post when the original was off.

Different angle, any other shots of the car?

If you liked it, I wouldn't try to "correct" the CB. Regarding WB generally, reality isn't everything. Would we try to make a sunset neutral? The "Correct" WB may not be the "Right" WB for a image. Remember, we're the judge of our own images. We used to use gels to add "romance" to our car shots for ad agencies, & now with PS, life is good. ;)
OTOH, the image needs a better point to grab my eye than the lights in the back, which is why I asked about "Did you take one with the parking lights on?"

This was my only shot, the car was dirty all around and didn't want to waste too much time on it. In the end I like both versions, I'm learning something new each time I touch up an image, Photoshop is an absolutely amazing tool!

After asking for a few other opinions among friends, the "corrected" one was favored!

I didn't think about turning on the car, it would have been a good idea! next time! Thanks for the tips guys, I'm learning as I go and it;s alot of fun.

Edit: Tony, would you mind sharing (with me only or publicly) your method for editing it? Thanks. :-)

i just was messing around with the hue and color balance. I lost some color in the turn signal so I added some. :)

Try making it a Black and White picture. I think it will look better since the "natural" lighting of the area wasn't so good to begin with.

think you might need a flash to get better color

think you might need a flash to get better color If you really want it to look it's best, take it outside:

just for the record it's "infiniti" not "infinity" :) All the gearheads get annoyed when people spell it incorrectly :)

photosguy, while I appreciate the suggestion of outdoor shots of this fine vehicle. In no way will I "photochop" it to that extreme of your Audi example, that just isn't my style and I don't see myself going down that road. (No offense to the Audi guy, very nice car, just the shot is not my cup of tea) ;)

To be honest, I am very satisfied with the WB corrections on the G37, specially Tony's, I liked his example the most.

I only slightly darkened the background in this one:
UBNXOUS Beast! part #2. (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=747170)

What I said was, "If you really want it to look it's best, take it outside." I don't see any/much PS in the bodywork. The light on the body is natural & the car is positioned to take advantage of it.
