When posting a link to another thread, and want it to load up on one particular post.. How do I do that?

Right click on the little number (circled below) and choose the "Copy Link" option. Then paste that link, which will open the single post.

Ok.. we are on the right track here.. I am more interested in the first one where the thread opens to a specific post. I know I wasnt clear.

You missed the "h" on your addresses!!

Follow the first step Mike gave you and click the number on the right, when that window pops up click the subject to the right of "Thread:" on the top right -- that will give you what you are looking for.
