I really really like it. I would have to say that I think you should crop off a majority of the sky though. It is completely empty and I think it detracts from the photo.

I'd have to agree with MikePratt. Chop it a little above the lights. However, this looks like a simple time exposure, not an HDR. You have no detail in the dark areas on the right and bottom like there should be. Did you do enough exposures to get one with some detail in the shadows? This looks like it should be 5-7 shots to make it work.

i actually didn't even attempt to do an exposure for the bottom darker areas. I took 3 exposures mostly just to capture the traffic and the blue sky. Ill have to go back and try it again with more exposures.

Looks great. Crop the sky and then maybe add some fill light in the lower part of the image so you can see the signs and the road in the bottom right corner. If you can get the signs to show their green color, I think it'll be a great image. Also looks like the picture is slightly tilted left. Nice job.
