This next guy is a real rarity for my area its a yellow Warbler plese excuse the fact that he is slightly out of focus

The pics are nice, all the birds seem a little out of focus. Keep at it and you'll get better.

Great shots, you must be very patient, agree with previous comment about the focus, keep it up would love to see more.....Joe

Those are great shots with the S1 IS. I have a similar camera, and it's hard to compete with 6 and 8 MP cameras and lenses like the 100-400L.
The swallow is a particularly sharp capture, with good color and nice bokeh. Your birds are beautiful - the hummers are a special treat. I just got a feeder I'm planning to set up - any tips for getting close shots like those?

Thanx alot for your kind words Tupe I'm trying really hard to get sharp images and have quite alot of really good shots , I really don't know crap about post processing (am trying to learn Photo shop 7.0 , very intimidating program) for the hummers I was 8 feet away and standing very still and quiet thats all
