Ok, well, I shot my first wedding today and I admit, I was sick to my stomach. Shooting sports is one thing, there's always next week. If you screw up a wedding, that's it. Once shot at that deal. It was a beautiful church, a beautiful day and great people. Anyway, the father of the bride is a family friend and a plumber. He remodeled our spare bathroom in exchange for shooting the wedding. Anyway, my wife and I are there getting readings and preparing for the wedding. In walks the dad. We start chatting and out comes the money order. He paid me on top of remodeling the bathroom. I was speechless and that doesn't happen very often. The wedding went off without a hitch and I had a lot of fun. The FOB knew I was nervous and helped calming me down. My wife was there directing the staged shots and made all the difference in the world. I'll be posting some of the shots later. I've got the first one under my belt and I think the B&G will be happy w/ the results.
