HDR style in Carlsbad caverns

Whoa - is this hard - trying to get good exposures in a dark hole - used Topaz to get the effects - just could not get a good in focus 3 exposure to make use of photomatix - but I like this effect - hope you enjoy:)

Hi Marcy, did you use a tripod for these or handheld? Bracketed or manually changing?

Either way, these look pretty good.

yes used a tripod -10-30 sec exposures- no brackets tried it but not good results

That is a very cool effect. I have been to the caverns a couple of times and it can be a real challenge to get good shots there. Here are a couple that I did get using bracketing:
