Baby Bluejay fell out of it's nest

Found this little fella in my back yard. Somehow felt unclean taking more than a couple of pictures as he was all lost and vulnerable looking. He made off later, but we have snakes, owls and hawks out back...

Yeah he'll make it just fine, so he can come back as an adult and drive you bonkers like the ones around here do. lol :)

Nice surprise to find in your backyard. He has a tough life ahead with the snakes, owls and hawks.

I found a beautiful crow (knocked out but still breathing) out on the plains and brought him home . he tasted water which I held to his beak from my finger tips

but he died a few hours later

many other crows had been flying above him out on the plains and I went to see what it was all about
sadly they could do nothing about their friend/wife/husband/lover /brother/ sister/mother/father/aunt/uncle :confused:
whatever he meant to them I know he meant a lot
