I took this when I first got my camera, and I just went back and did a closer crop on it. I think it's kind of lacking a sharp / interesting focal point, but I'd like to know what you guys think.

Lots of textures here, and I can see why you like it or find it interesting. I can't help but think that having more in focus would help the image, but DOF gets so thin when you move in close like this. Difficult.

Yeah, I wish I could retake the image a bit farther back.
