You might be right. I had left it there for perspective, to show how low on the horizon the moon was. But it might need a bit of cropping.

IMHO I like the shot before it was cropped better. Can't wait to see the rest of the shots!

LOLing at LR. Most of the 950+ won't be on-line; taken for friends and family, you know? But some will be showing up over the next day or so.

I have a similar shot that has two trees in it - with the moon in the middle. It's a nice frame, I thought, but I also understand just leaving the moon to speak for itself.

I like the first pic with the tree! I think it does give some perspective on how low the moon is against the horizon, otherwise it is just another moon shot. Like the colors on both! Nice work!
