While out at the local zoo trying in a more serious way the new L babies (BTW, they are just GORGEOUS... will post some animal pics in another thread) I managed to get a bumblebee in full action on a flower. And I even managed to catch him in flight. Unfortunately, I had the 35-350 on, that is not the most suitable lens for that job. But anyway, with a little cropping (and absolutely no postprocessing, whay you see here are just crop/resize from the jpeg, I did not touched the RAW file) I am more than happy.
Edit to add: shoot @ ISO 1600, hence the noise I needed the fastest shutter I could have. Gotta pass them in noiseware :D
