Next week I'll be shooting a very informal wedding at a park. Aside from the B&G--who are in their early 40's, if that is relevant--and officiant there will be only 3 or 4 guests.

Though I'll feel comfortable shooting the ceremony however it is set up, is there a way I could arrange folks that would make things easier for me and that would be conducive to better photography?

Does anyone have any examples of similarly small weddings that were done well?

thanks!

Good luck with the wedding...sorry I have never had one quite that small.
I am sure with such a small group of people you will be able to get some nice shots.
There definately wont be anyone getting in the way.
cheers Val

Typically as a wedding photographer you will not have the opportunity to change the seating of the ceremony. I certainly never have but always thought I had valuable input.
What sort of equipment you will have available to you is a relatively big factor in this situation.
Not knowing the park or you equipment I would probably try to keep the ceremony is the shade if possible. Being in Toronto that may not matter.
Keeping simple backgrounds behind the subjects that won't go black and will not blow out.
If you are going to go behind the Officiant, having an unobtrusive area to walk and not cause attention is always valuable.
A wind break.
just a few things that come to mind.
