Hi guys,

Just wondering what kind of settings to use to shoot some panning shots of runners? It will be indoor on a track. I'm guessing about 1/60th is sufficent or should I go lower? I may not get too many takes at the shot so I don't want to experiment too much whilst there.

I'm looking for an end result like this:
