Help! New Lights and CybeSync's

I just received a new pair of Calumet Genesis 200s, a Cybersync cst transmitter, a pair of csr receivers and an ebay 59" octabox. I love the lights. The octabox is great (except for putting it together). But, I'm having trouble with the cybersyncs.

I can only get the lights to flash once, then nothing. If I unhook them and re connect, I get one more flash, then nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response. The receivers I'm using are A/C and the battery in the transmitter seems fine. When I press the test button on the transmitter the receivers red light comes on so it seems to be getting the signal.
