Lovely buildings and sky, but I think the picture would benefit from a crop at the bottom to lose the grass. Only a personal opinion though, I always think short grass looks a bit ugly in HDR shots.

OK just my take
1) The picture subject/comp, I really dont care for it. But if its just to polish your HDR skills, then its not a problem.
2) HDR processing, looks pretty good, colors seem lifelike, nice tonal range. No halos.
So, like I said, its not a wall hanger, but as for the HDR skills, its a pretty good job.

yea im pertty much trying to have my HDR photos look their best and not really worried about a particular subject as of yet. i just love the look of a sunrise/sunset or dusk HDR.

and i already cropped a bit from the bottom to remove a street curb that was being an eyesore.

Looks great to me. I agree about the grass being a bit much in the foreground, but if you removed it, it seems like it would upset the vertical balance too much and make it bottom-heavy. Zoomed in a bit with less foreground and upper sky (black) might be a way to improve it. Very nicely done though - IMO.
