Hey I have the 52mm adapter for the A85 - If my memory serves me correct its the same for the A95 - anyways I am very impressed with it. I can add a 52mm UV filter or a Polarizer and still attach the T-Con lense or the Wide Angle Converter lense. The image quality is quite good. I almost never shoot without either the Wide Angle or T-Con on it. The only problem I have is that the Lense blocks the flash in the bottom right hand corner of the pictures. That problem is easily solved with an adapter and a flash though. Such as this one (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0002A0C92/qid=1117136125/sr=8-4/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i2_xgl23/104-9512480-0915126?v=glance&s=photo&n=507846) After getting that adapter you can easily add any flash to the camera like it has a hotshoe. I reccomend the lenses.

Any kinda will do - I have an old (about 20 years old) Minolta SLR and I have the matching Minolta Auto 200X Flash. I set the setting and the pictures come out fine. I eventually wanna get a Canon 480EX. I don't have any specific flashes to reccomend. I don't really know anything about them in terms of which ones are good which ones suck. I know you can get the one I have on ebay for about 20 bucks, however I don't reccomend it. Its kinda hard to get used to as there is no automatic mode.

I have the lens adapter and wide angle lens for the A95. Be aware that you cannot use flash with the wide angle lens because you will get a shadow at the lower right side of the frame. I think this is mentioned in the user's guide for the camera. Also, the view through the optical viewfinder is somewhat obstructed.

if the lense interfering with the flash is a big deal to you canon now has an external flash (High Power Flash HF-DC1) available, the canon USA website shows it but the buy it now feature is not available so i dont know what they charge
