Fatclay, were you using a flash? If not, I think your shots would improve 10 fold if you did. The second is a little OOF and a flash would freeze it better.

I haven't been using a flash, although I do have one, so will look at trying it out in the future. What sort of frame rate can u get out of a speedlite unit?? I have 550 ex.
