Life begins at 40

Who the hell made up this crap?

It should be "Life begins to get you at 40, things start to slow down, ache, throb and not work like they used to :o"

Just remember all you "young'uns" those football and other sporting injuries come back to bite later in life. Take care of that body of yours (not your Canon silly, you're body ;) ).

Want some cheese with that whine, she says, as she stares 60 in the face...

Today is my last day of being 40. Tomorrow I get to turn 41, and will hopefully do battle with Beach Camera to get my order processed properly (not entirely their fault--but if they want the sale, they better get it together quickly since I started the order Thursday afternoon).

Darn Yom Kippur! They keep closing for holidays I can't even spell. And when I called them the message said (in a thick New Yawk accent): "we are closed in observance of the holiday and will reopen May 31st."

Yep, it said May 31st.

Time to fix the answering machine.

My dad (who is buying a Dust Pump for me) gave them the wrong security code on his AMEX, and they didn't bother to notice until Friday. Then they closed early for the second weekend in a row (again, holidays I can't spell or understand) and plan to reopen May 31st???

If they don't resolve it tomorrow (open or not), I cancel and go with a different company.

Should have gone with Newegg. They don't celebrate Chaka Khan or whatever holiday this is. ;)

Me Mum always told me that old age was no place for the weak. What are you going to do when you actually get there. :)
