3 light stands with umbrella brackets, a few small pockets for other stuuf like cyber sync receivers transmitters etc and 3 flashes. Oh and 3 umbrellas

go to home depot and check out the bags there. if it's for construction it'll be a lot cheaper than for photography.

i got a huge bag there that my wife used as a duffle when we went to alaska for 10 days and it cost me about $25. i have another HD grip type bag i use for weekends out of town. i'm pretty sure it was less than 20 bucks.

oh, i have a smaller grip that i use as a gear bag for the gym. i think in was about $10 :D.

I have a case that came with the lights, so I can't recommend what I have, but the soft cases that cost under $100 are not too bad. If you are not taking them on an airplane, any of them would be better than nothing.

I have this and it works well I was even able to put a small case inside to hold my PW's but I don't keep my 580EXII with the stands.

here is waht im plannig to get. i took this image straight from the site by the way. i have no clue how big ur light stand is but there was a guy on here who posted pictures of him putting a couple of lightstands and umbrellas with pockets for flashes and triggers. there is also a slightly bigger version of this too.
