Help!

After re-formatting the card today. Here is the first shot that I got. The next ones after these all came out fine. I just wanted to know what happened and if this has anything to do with me re-formatting the card. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. Oh, the card is a SanDisk Ultra II 1 GB. Thanks!
