I guys can any of you suggest a flash for under $100. I just want one for fill in. I seen one on ebay(Bower) for 50 bucks. I know most of use the sigma 500 or the 580ex but I have no desires to spend that much on something I will rarely use. And while were here what should I be looking for like TTL? and soforth. Even though I don't know what TTL in a flash is for LOL

TTl is "through-the-lens" and E-TTL is "Evaluative through-the-lens". Its to do with the way that the camera can control the exposure for flash and with E-TTL the camera can control the flash output (to a degree) and expose properly for flash. With E-TTL you can leave the flash on and not have to worry about over exposed flash images as the camera would pretty much do it all for you.
For fill in flash, you'd really have to get a higher range model so that you can control the output. With cheaper models, they usually have one or two outputs. For fill in flash, (say bright sunny day, sun behind you, facing directly onto the model) you do want one with variable output.
Saving up more and waiting a wee while might be an idea. 420EX's from eBay are quite cheap now, about £100 (roughly $160).

I think under $100 is a bit tough, like pjd says perhaps look for a 2nd hand Sigma or 420EX.
