I've recently been investing a lot of time to try and get more business. This was one of those instances where a prospective customer had reached out to me, but uncertainty and some other factors never led to any work. I ended up buying one of their products with my own money and photographing it on my own time. My rationale is you are more willing to pay for photography if you physically know what the final product and end outcome looks like. I think it's similar to the idea of the added confidence you get in a purchase after test driving a car and the uncertainty you would feel buying a car, without a test drive. Hopefully, my thinking leads to something.
For an image build up, behind the scene pics, and a couple of other pictures from the set, check out my blog.

Thanks Semmonka.
I don't know if you thought this, but I don't actually shoot for all the brands on my website. I shoot for several editorial magazines, but my only commercial client is Buffalo Wings and Rings, a restaurant franchise. The Coke and Millers on my site are just stuff I have done on my own time.
